About this service
Bookings on this website are made with Iterate Bookings Demo (Demo instance of Iterate Bookings, by ITERATE VENTURES SDN. BHD.). Your booking is an agreement between you and the business directly.
Please provide accurate contact details when booking so we can reach you about your session.
Bookings
Sessions are booked through this website or at the premises, subject to availability and the operating hours shown during booking.
Cancellations and no-shows
You can cancel or reschedule a booking yourself from the My Bookings page up to the cancellation cutoff shown when you book. A paid session cancelled before the cutoff is returned as a session credit you can rebook with within its validity period.
Cancellations inside the cutoff window, and no-shows, are forfeited. If something exceptional happens, contact us and we will do our best to help.
Session credits and packages
Credits from packages and purchases are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase. Where wallet sharing is enabled, credits can be shared with people you invite to your wallet. Promotional offers may carry their own conditions, stated at purchase.
Payments and refunds
Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Where online payment is offered, it is processed securely by a licensed payment gateway; receipts are available online and by email after payment settles. Bookings may also be paid at the premises.
Cancelled sessions are compensated with session credits rather than cash refunds, except where a refund is required by law or approved in exceptional cases. To request one, contact us with your order reference.
At the premises
Follow staff guidance and any posted safety information. Sessions may be ended early, without refund, if continuing would be unsafe or if behaviour disrupts other guests.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, the liability of Iterate Bookings Demo in connection with a session or booking is limited to the amount paid for that session or booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
General
